Sicherheitsventil überprüfen

l Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme ist das Si-
cherheitsventil zu überprüfen! Hierzu
die Pumpe einsetzen und ver-
schrauben. Pumpe solange betäti-
gen, bis am Manometer kein Druck-
anstieg mehr sichtbar ist
(Sicherheitsventil bläst Druck ab).

Einige Gerätevarianten sind mit
einem Kompressoranschluss aus-
gerüstet.
Bei der Benutzung muss folgendes
beachtet werden.
- Kompressor Ladedruck bzw.
Pressluftversorgung auf max. 6
bar absichern.
- Vor dem Aufladen darauf achten,
dass der Pumpengriff in
eingerasteter Stellung steht.
-
Max. zul. Einfüllmenge darf nicht
überschritten werden.
- Der Einsatz des Rückschlagventils
im Kompressoranschluss darf zum
Aufladen des Behälters nicht ent-
fernt werden.
Behälter befüllen
Achtung! Druckentlastungsventil -
roter Druckknopf - betätigen, bis das
Gerät druckfrei ist.
l Pumpe durch Linksdrehung heraus-
schrauben - hierzu vorab Pumpen-
gestänge entriegeln, um 180°
dre-
hen und über den Rücken der
Verriegelungszapfen am Pumpenge-
häuse die Schraubkraft übertragen.
