Montage
Transportwagen*
Achse montieren
Abb.
l 1. Transportwagenachse in das
Gehäuseteil einsetzen. Die Ach-
sennasen müssen dabei mit den
Aussparungen am Gehäuseteil
übereinstimmen, um die Achse
einzufädeln.
2.
Sind die Achsennasen durchge-
steckt, muss die Achse um 90°
gedreht werden.
3. Achse nun bis zum Anschlag auf
der gegenüberliegenden Seite
durchschieben.
4. Achse widerum um 90° drehen.
5.
Achse nun soweit durchschieben,
bis die Nasen auf der linken und
rechten Seite in den Aussparun-
gen am Gehäuseteil sitzen.
Räder montieren
Abb.
l Räder links und rechts auf die Achse
aufstecken. Jeweils ein Schnellbefe-
stiger auf das Achsenende
auflegen
und diese unter Zuhilfenahme eines
Kunststoffhammers auf die Achse
treiben. Räder müssen sich noch frei
drehen lassen.
Hinweis! Schnellbefestiger lassen sich
nur unter Zerstörung demontieren.
Gestänge montieren

l Das obere gebogene Rohr aufsetzen
und mit dem geraden Rohrstück zu
einem kompletten Gestänge ver-
schrauben.

l 1. Das Gestänge auf den Zapfen des
Gehäuseteils aufsetzen.
Achtung! Der Griff muss dabei
wie abgebildet nach hinten zeigen.
2.
Das Gestänge nun bis zum An-
schlag auf den Zapfen drücken,
die Rastungen müssen jetzt in
den beiden Bohrungen sitzen.
Sprühgerät aufsetzen und
montieren
Abb.
l 1. Sprühgerät wie abgebildet auf-
setzen.
2. Sprühgerät mit dem Gestänge
verschrauben.
* Im Zubehör erhältlich bzw. bei den
Geräten 410 TRK und 510 TRK ent-
halten.
