l Indicación relativa al filtro de
relleno!
Para llevar a cabo el proceso de lle-
nado utilice el filtro de relleno sumi-
nistrado. El filtro de relleno debería
utilizarse en especial al aplicar pul-
verizadores preparados, sobre todo
al utilizar concentrados en polvo.
Máquinas de 5 litros – fig.
Máquinas de 10 litros – fig.
l Colocar la bomba y enroscarla.
l Accionar la bomba hasta que el re-
cipiente alcance la presión de tra-
bajo de 6 bar (marca roja en el ma-
nómetro).
Pulverización
l
Al presionar la palanca de acciona-
miento de la válvula de cierre rápido, se
inicia la pulverización. Al soltar la pa-
lanca de accionamiento, se interrumpe
inmediatamente la pulverización.
l Presión de dispersión óptima para la
distribución más homogénea posi-
ble del líquido a pulverizar 2-6 bar.
Montaje del carro*
Montar el eje

l 1. Colocar el eje del carro en la car-
casa. Los topes de los ejes
deben coincidir con las escota-
duras de la carcasa para poder
insertar el eje.

Una vez insertados los topes del
eje, este deberá girarse en 90°.
3.
A continuación, desplazar el eje
hasta el tope del lado de enfrente.
4. Volver a girar el eje en 90°.
5. Ahora desplazar el eje hasta que
los topes del lado izquierdo y de-
recho queden encastrados en
las escotaduras de la carcasa.
Montar las ruedas

l Colocar las ruedas en el eje, del lado
izquierdo y derecho. Apoyar un dis-
positivo de ajuste rápido en cada ex-
tremo del eje y colocarlo sobre el eje
utilizando para ello un martillo de
plástico. Las ruedas tienen que
poder girarse todavía libremente.
¡Nota! Los dispositivos de ajuste rá-
pido solo pueden desmontarse destru-
yéndolos.
