Conditions de la garantie
Le produit que vous venez d'acheter a été fabriqué soigneusement et sous
surveillance constante.
La période de garantie a une durée de 3 ans à compter de la date d'achat.
1. Au cas où l'appareil devait présenter un dysfonctionnement malgré les processus
de fabrication et de contrôle très élaborés, nous vous prions de vous adresser à
notre hotline du service après-vente.
2. Pour toutes les questions et commandes de pièces de rechange, veuillez vous
adresser par téléphone à notre centre de service après-vente.
3. Notre garantie correspond aux dispositions légales spécifiques des pays d'achat
(selon justificatif / facture ou bon de livraison).
Les endommagements dûs à l'usure habituelle, la surcharge ou l'utilisation non
conforme sont exclus de la garantie.
Dans le cas d'une réclamation veuillez contacter notre hotline de service
après-vente au préalable par téléphone. Là, on est bien disposé à vous renseigner
sur la suite du procédé.

  • Good morning. I Have the equipment from 2018 and it works good well.
    Now, I detected the external sensor is working no more, ( GT WT 03 ).
    So, it exists the possibitily to get another one ?
    And you can send it by post to Portugal, for example ?

    O Meu GT-WS-19h funciona bem, mas tem um grande defeito, eu acerto o relógio mas durante a noite ele altera ficando uma hora a mais, volto a acertar e ele muda de novo. O que fazer para que as horas fiquem certas( já coloquei a zona em -1)? Submitted on 9-12-2020 at 22:03
