5 Solución de problemas
5.1 INDICACIÓN DE ERROR
En caso de detectar un problema en el sistema, aparecerá una notificación de error en el indicador. En
la mayoría de los casos, no hay porqué preocuparse, aunque se recomienda acudir a un distribuidor
autorizado de Giant para comprobarlo. Para borrar los códigos de error es necesario acudir a un distri-
buidor de Giant.
5.2 INDICADOR EVO
En caso de error del sistema, el indicador EVO mostrará varios mensajes de error en la siguiente
secuencia:
1. ‘system message’ durante 2 segundos.
2. Una de las siguientes causas:
• ‘SyncDrive error’
• ‘RideControl error’
• ‘Bluetooth error’
• ‘EnergyPak error’
• ‘Speed sensor error’
3. La asistencia eléctrica se desactivará y
aparecerá el mensaje ‘no power support’
solo en caso de ‘SyncDrive error’. (Cuando el
EnergyPak esté agotado, la asistencia eléctrica
también se detendrá)
4. ‘Your E-bike needs servicing’
5. El pictograma de la indicación de mantenimien-
to se mostrará en la pantalla normal, hasta que
no se acuda a un taller para realizar el mantenimiento.
5.3 INDICADOR CHARGE
En caso de error, los indicadores ‘EnergyPak (%)’ (J),
‘EnergyPak (bar)’(H) y ‘Error code indicator’ parpa-
dearán 3 veces. La causa se mostrará como ‘Error
code indicator’ (L).
Si aparece el código de error ‘A1’, o si el EnergyPak
está agotado, la asistencia eléctrica se detendrá. La
asistencia eléctrica no se detendrá cuando aparez-
can otros códigos de error.
