TEMPS DE CUISSON ET SÉCURITÉ ALIMENTAIRE
Utilisez ces temps à titre purement indicatif. Ils se rapportent à la cuisson par gril de contact d’aliments frais
ou entièrement décongelés et ils ont été déterminés sur la base d’un réglage de température de 5. Pour la
cuisson daliments plus délicats ou si vous préférez des aliments moins croustillants ou moins cuits,
sélectionnez l’un des réglages inférieurs. Pour la cuisson des aliments congelés, ajoutez 2 à 3 minutes pour
les fruits de mer et 3 à 6 minutes pour la viande et la volaille, selon lépaisseur et la densité des aliments. Si
vous préférez des aliments bien cuits/croustillants ou des temps de cuisson plus rapides, sélectionnez le
réglage de température 4/5.
Lorsque vous cuisez des aliments préemballés, suivez les instructions sur lemballage ou l’étiquette.
