Gebakken groentes met farfalle en balsamico
Voor 4 personen
1 rode paprika
1 gele paprika
1 courgette
2 grote wortelen
2 uien
2 teentjes knoflook
100 g groene bonen
4 theelepel olijfolie
Zout
Versgemalen peper
400 g farfalle
½ krop verse basilicum
50 g Parmezaanse kaas
Voor de dressing:
5 eetlepels balsamico azijn
2 eetlepels olijfolie

Voorbereiding
Snij de paprika’s in stukken, verwijder de steeltjes en de binnenkanten en was ze. Was de courgette,
schil de wortelen en snij beide in ongeveer 5 cm grote stukken en halveer ze in de lengte. Schil
en halveer de uien. Snij de paprika’s, de courgette, de wortelen en de uien in grote stukken met
snijhulpstuk 4. Schil de knoflook, snij de uiteinden eraf, halveer ze in de lengte en snij ze fijn met
snijhulpstuk 1. Halveer en was de bonen. Leg de groentes in een ingevette souffléschaal, besprenkel
ze met olijfolie, breng het op smaak met peper en zout en meng goed. Bak het voor 35-40 minuten
in de oven op 180 graden totdat de groentes zijn gekookt. Kook de pasta volgens om de aanwijzin-
gen op de verpakking in zout water totdat het al dente is, laat het dan uitlekken en houd het warm.
Om de dressing te maken, roer de balsamico azijn en olijfolie samen en breng het op smaak met
peper en zout. Was en droog de basilicum, snij het dan in dunne reepjes met een kruidenmes. Haal
de groentes uit de oven en roer ze samen met de pasta. Giet de dressing en de basilicum erover,
roer het voorzichtig en serveer het in porties. Rasp Parmezaanse kaas over elke portie. Onmiddellijk
serveren.

  • The manual for the Nicer Dicer says things like "Cutter Blade 4" but it doesn't tell which blade this is, and the diagrams of the various parts also don't show cutter numbers? Submitted on 11-11-2020 at 10:20
