Minestrone
Voor 4 personen
250 g gewone bonen
1 kleine savooiekool
3 aardappelen
3 wortelen
2 preien
2 teentjes knoflook
1 krop selderijblaadjes
1 krop verse peterselie
2 salieblaadjes
30 g boter
50 g spekblokjes
2 l groente bouillon
Zout
Versgemalen peper
100 g geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
Voorbereiding
Bedek de bonen met koud water en laat ze een nacht weken. Giet het water af, doe de bonen in
een grote sauspan, bedek ze weer met koud water, voeg zout toe en breng ze aan de kook. Kook
ze voor 90 minuten, doe ze in een zeef om uit te lekken. Halveer de savooiekool, verwijder de steel
en snij hem in reepjes met het schijes snijhulpstuk. Schil de aardappelen en snij ze in vingerbrede
schijes. Schil de wortelen en halveer ze in de lengte. Was de preien en snij ze in 5 cm grote stukken.
Snij de aardappelen, de wortelen en de preien met snijhulpstuk 2. Schil de knoflook, snij de harde
uiteinden van het teentje eraf, halveer ze in de lengte en snij ze fijn met snijhulpstuk 1. Was de sel-
derij, de peterselie en de salieblaadjes, droog ze en snij ze fijn.
Smelt de boter in een sauspan en sauteer het spek erin. Voeg de groentes toe (behalve de aardap-
pelen), de knoflook en de kruiden en kook het kort. Giet het hete bouillonblokje over het geheel,
breng het op smaak met peper en zout en breng het geheel aan de kook. Voeg dan de gesneden
aardappel toe en laat het 30 minuten sudderen op een laag vuur. Voeg dan de bonen toe en laat
de minestrone om later 15 minuten te verwarmen, breng het op smaak met peper en zout. Rasp de
Parmezaanse kaas en strooi het over de minestrone.

  • The manual for the Nicer Dicer says things like "Cutter Blade 4" but it doesn't tell which blade this is, and the diagrams of the various parts also don't show cutter numbers? Submitted on 11-11-2020 at 10:20
