Soepen
Groentesoep met rundvlees
Ingrediënten voor 4 personen:
4 wortels
2 stengels bleekselderij
4 aardappelen
3 uien
2 groene paprika‘s
½ kool
Olie om te bakken
900 gr soepvlees (rundvlees)
2 el bloem
400 ml water
1 el Worcestersauce
2 tl zeezout
1 tl knofl ookzout
¾ tl peper
¼ tl gemalen piment
2 laurierblaadjes
Bereiding:
Schil de wortels en snijd ze in de lengte en overdwars. Was de selde-
rij Schil de aardappelen, pel de uien en halveer ze. Verwijder de harde
wortelaanzetten van de uien Was en halveer de paprika‘s en verwijder
de stelen en de zaadlijsten. Snijd de bleekselderij, aardappelen, uien en
paprika‘s in blokjes met mes H. Snijd vervolgens de wortels in kleine
stukken. Was de kool, snijd hem in vieren en verwijder de stronk. Stel
de Nicer Slicer op 2* en snijd de kool in smalle reepjes. Zet de kool weg.
Verhit de olie in een grote pan. Meng de bloem door het vlees en schep
het in de pan. Bak het vlees bruin onder regelmatig omscheppen. Voeg
water, Worcestersauce, zeezout, knofl ookzout, peper, piment en laurier
toe. Breng aan de kook. Leg het deksel op de pan en laat de soep twee
uur zachtjes koken tot het vlees mals is. Verwijder de laurierbladeren.
Voeg de groenten toe en leg het deksel op de pan en laat de soep zacht-
jes koken tot de groenten gaar zijn.

Tip: Bij grotere hoeveelheden raden we u aan het automatische
openingsmechanisme van het snijdeksel in te stellen. Hierbij kunt u
kiezen tussen stand 2 of 3 om makkelijker te werken.
