9.4 Enregistrement d’un Mémo

Vous pouvez enregistrer un message mémo pour un autre utilisateur. Lorsque vous

enregistrez un mémo, le compteur de message passera comme nouveau message

pour être enclenché de la même manière qu’un message du répondeur.

L’enregistrement d’un MEMO peut fonctionner même lorsque le répondeur est

désactivé.

A partir du combiné sans fil :

1. Appuyez sur MENU/OK et / pour sélectionner REPONDEUR

2. Appuyez sur et / pour sélectionnez MEMO.

3. Appuyez sur pour démarrer le mémo d’enregistrement et « ENREGISTRE »

s’affiche.

4. Appuyez sur pour arrêter l’enregistrement du memo et enregistre ce mémo.

Appuyez sur CANCEL/MUTE pour arrêter l’enregistrement du mémo sans

enregistrer les modifications et retourner au menu du répondeur.

A partir de la base :

1. Appuyez sur MENU/OK et / pour sélectionner RREPONDEUR

2. Appuyez sur MENU/OK et / pour sélectionner MEMO.

3. Appuyez sur MENU/OK pour démarrer l’enregistrement de la note de service,

et « ENREG » s’affiche à l’écran.

4. Appuyez sur MENU/OK pour enregistrer et terminer votre enregistrement de

mémo. Le nouveau mémo s’enclenchera ensuite automatiquement. Laissez-le

jouer jusqu’à la fin ou appuyez sur MENU/OK pour arrêter la lecture. Ou appuyez

sur INT/MUTE/CLEAR à tout moment pour arrêter le mémo sans l’enregistrer.
