 Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die SIM-Karte ordnungsgemäß

eingelegt ist

Die Batterie entlädt sich sehr schnell oder kann

überhaupt nicht geladen werden

 Laden Sie die Batterie vier Stunden lang.

 Platzieren Sie das Telefon ordnungsgemäß in die Ladestation

oder schließen Sie das Ladegerät ordnungsgemäß an.

Säubern Sie die Kontakte am Mobiltelefon und an der

Ladestation mit einem weichen trockenen Tuch.

 Versuchen Sie es mit einer neuen Batterie.

Das Telefon lässt sich nicht laden

 Überprüfen Sie die Anschlüsse am Netzgerät.

 Beträgt die Temperatur unter -10 ℃ oder über 55 ℃,

begeben Sie sich an einen Ort, an dem nicht solche

extremen Temperaturen vorherrschen.

 Versuchen Sie es mit einer neuen Batterie

Keine Verbindung zum Netz möglich

 Das Signal ist zu schwach oder es liegen ggf.

Funkinterferenzen vor

 Ist die SIM-Karte ordnungsgemäß eingelegt oder

beschädigt? Ist die SIM-Karte beschädigt, bitten Sie

ihren Dienstleistungsanbieter um Ersatz.
