19 FEHLERSUCHE
Wenn Sie mit Ihren Telefon auf Probleme stoßen, versuchen Sie die nachstehend angeführten
Empfehlungen.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Akkupack installiert und
richtig geladen ist.
Für optimale tägliche Leistung sollten Sie den
Handapparat nach der Benutzung in die Telefonbasis
zurückstellen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Netzteil sicher an eine
Steckdose angeschlossen ist, die nicht durch einen
Schalter gesteuert wird.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Telefonleitung sicher in
die Telefonbasis und in den Telefonwandanschluss
eingesteckt ist.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Stromkabels zur
Telefonbasis ab. Warten Sie etwa 15 Sekunden und
stecken Sie ihn wieder ein. Geben Sie Handapparat
und Basisstation bis zu einer Minute, um zu
synchronisieren.
Entnahme und Wiedereinsetzen des Akkupacks.
Wenn dies nicht hilft, müssen Sie möglicherweise ein
neues Akkupack erwerben.
Trennen Sie die Telefonbasis vom
Telefonwandanschluss und schließen Sie ein
funktionierendes Telefongerät an. Wenn auch das
andere Telefon nicht funktioniert, so liegt das
Problem vermutlich an der
Verdrahtung oder am Telefondienst. Rufen Sie Ihren
Telefondienstleistungsanbieter an.
Schwacher
Akkustand wird
auf dem Display
angezeigt.
Platzieren Sie den Handapparat zum Aufladen in die
Telefonbasis
Entfernen Sie den Akkupack und legen sie ihn
erneut ein. So lange benutzen, bis es völlig
entleert ist, dann den Handapparat in der
Telefonbasis wiederaufladen.
Lösen die vorgenannten Maßnahmen das Problem
nicht, muss das Akkupack ausgetauscht werden.

  • I have recently purchased a GeeMarc CL595 phone. Despite closely following the instructions the Answering Machine does not function correctly. The machine is on and playback on but even with four purposeful calls
    there is the message 'no new calls. Also no visual indication that the messages have been received.
    I am with the Virgin Media telephone service and I can recover the messages mentioned by telephoning 1571.

  • I have recently purchased a GMarc CL595 phone and despite following the instructions closely the answering machine will not function correctly. Despite the ON setting being clicked' menu ok' and the message coming up
    'messages will be answered' the only response I get is 'no new messages' and this despite four calls purposely made. There is also no visual indication that these calls to the machine have been made. I am on the Virgin
    Media telephone service and the only way I can recover these messages is dialling Virgin on 1571 Submitted on 25-1-2022 at 17:34
