Operation Manual
1 The testing of the pneumatic safety edge takes place in the lower door position. Please
ensure that the safety edge is activated in the lower door position. The Aux. Limit switch
Close has to be used.
2 2 minute night light period is activated by every movement of the door. If the prewarning is
activated, the courtesy light starts 5 seconds before the door movement.
3 Red traffic light with prewarning
- prewarning 3 sec. flashing before automatic closing
- prewarning 3 sec. flashing before any movement of the door,
permanent on during the movement, 5 sec. post illumination period
Red traffic light without prewarning
- prewarning 3sec. flashing before automatic closing
- permanent on during the movement, 5 sec. post illumination period
4 Dip switch 4 "ON" = GO function on ( OPEN PUSHBUTTON ). The OPEN pushbutton opens
a door, reversing a closing door. DIP switch 4 OFF, the OPEN pushbutton only opens a
door.

LED flashing - operating state
LED 1 x flashing - Safety edge actuated
LED 2 x flashing - Photobeam activated / error, Safety edge
error or DIP 1 setting wrong
LED 3 x flashing - Primary safety device open or faulty
LED 4 x flashing - Runtime error
LED 5 x flashing - Error RAM / FLASH
LED 6 x flashing - No reply digital limitswitch
LED 7 x flashing - Error EEPROM
LED fast flashing - Automatic closing time has been started
Endposition adjustment
1. Set dipswitch 8 on.
2. Select open or closed endposition by pushing the „up“ pushbutton for open endposition
or „down“ pushbutton for closed endposition longer than zwo seconds.
3. A signal will confirm your selection.
4. Now, the controller works in „dead man“ mode. Move the door to the wished position.
To confirm this position, push the „stop“ pushbutton longer than zwo seconds.
5. A signal will confirm the adjustment
6. Go on with the other endposition if necessary. (Point 2)
7. Set dipswitch 8 off. The adjustment is finished.
