7. Wettelijke eisen Easy Glider
Vraag: Voldoet mijn Easy Glider aan de Nederlandse (Europese) wet op het gebied van
motorondersteunde fietsen?
Antwoord: Ja, een motorondersteunde fiets mag bij snelheden boven de 25 km/uur geen
ondersteuning meer bieden. De Easy Glider voldoet aan deze regel door de ondersteuning bij
snelheden tot 16 km/uur volledig te geven en deze te laten afnemen naarmate de snelheid
hoger wordt. Bij 25 km/uur is de ondersteuning nul. De Easy Glider heeft géén kenteken- en
kentekenbewijsplicht!
Vraag: Moet ik verzekerd zijn als ik ga fietsen met de Easy Glider?
Antwoord: Ja, u dient verzekerd ten zijn ten behoeve van wettelijke aansprakelijkheid.
Vraag: Moet het verzekeringsplaatje op de fiets gemonteerd worden?
Antwoord: Nee.
