22CONTI® DRIVE SYSTEM
4. Frameslot sluiten
Voor de exacte sluitinstructies van de speciie-
ke variant van uw frameslot: zie de handleiding
van de iets- of framefabrikant.
5. Afstelling van de riem
Zorg ervoor dat de riemlijn, de hoek van de
tandwielen en de riemspanning volgens de
voorschriften van hoofdstuk 4.2 en 4.3 wor-
den ingesteld.
4.6 Riem- en tandwielvervanging
Indien er zich tekenen van slijtage voordoen of
een vervanging van een tandwiel om andere
redenen nodig zou zijn, moet het volledige
CONTI® DRIVE SYSTEM met inbegrip van
beide tandwielen evenals de riem worden
vervangen. Alleen zo kan de optimale func-
tionaliteit van het CDS riemsysteem worden
gegarandeerd.
1. Ga voor het demonteren van het achterwiel
te werk zoals beschreven in hoofdstuk 4.4.
2. Ga voor de riemvervanging te werk zoals
beschreven in hoofdstuk 4.5.
3. De voorste en achterste CDS tandwielen
kunnen net als conventionele kettingbladen
of rondsels worden gedemonteerd.
4. Voor de montage van de nieuwe tandwie-
len en riem: zie de montage-instructies in
hoofdstuk 4.1.
