Disconnect the 2 x 8mm and 1 x 4mm gas pipe ttings at the back

of the gas valve (A).

Disconnect the thermocouple (B).

Disconnect the ignition lead from the gas valve (C).

Remove the cover.

Undo the 2 screws securing the gas valve to the appliance and

remove the valve.

Replace in reverse order.

Check all joints for gas leaks and check operation of the

thermocouple and ignition lead.

MAGNETIC SAFETY VALVE

Turn the gas supply off at the isolation device.

Remove the gas valve.

Undo the magnetic valve-retaining nut from the back of the control

valve.

Gently tap out the magnetic valve and replace with a new unit.

Replace the retaining nut and tighten.

Reassemble the interrupter block and leads and secure the

thermocouple connection in the rear of the gas control. (Do not

overtighten).

Turn the gas supply on and check the entire pipework and valve

joints for any leaks.

MAIN INJECTOR

To remove the main injector turn off the gas supply at the isolation

device.

Remove the main burner.

Undo the compression nuts from the feed pipe and the gas

valve under the appliance.

Working from inside the rebox remove the lock nut from the

injector.

Extract the injector with the feed pipe from beneath the appliance.

Holding the injector with a spanner:

Undo the feed pipe. Note the orientation of the Injector.

Re-assemble in reverse order.

Turn on the gas supply and check for leaks.

GLASS SIDE PANELS -

MIDI T MODELS ONLY

To service the glass side panels, rst remove the back panel and

the side trims.

Undo the four screws securing the front bracket and remove.
