PRÉPARATION
1. Tenez le haut de l’appareil d’une main.
2. Insérez d’abord le tube de circulation (6)
sur l’élément chauffant avec la marque
MAX. La flèche sur le tube de circulation
doit être alignée avec le symbole du cade-
nas ouvert (4).
Assurez-vous que le tube de circulation ne
touche pas l’hélice sur l’appareil car cela
peut la tordre.
3. Tournez le tube de circulation de sorte que
la flèche figurant dessus soit alignée avec
le symbole du cadenas fermé (4).
4. Vous pouvez retirer le tube de circulation
en suivant la procédure ci-dessus dans
l’ordre inverse.
UTILISATION
Choisissez un récipient adapté pour la
cuisson. Il doit pouvoir contenir de 6 à
15 litres d’eau.
Remplissez-le d’eau chaude ou tiède.
L’eau ne doit pas être plus chaude que la
température de cuisson.
Ouvrez la pince (3) et fixez l’appareil sur le
côté du récipient.
Le niveau d’eau doit se situer entre les
marques MIN (7) et MAX (5) du tube de
circulation. Rappelez-vous que le niveau
de l’eau montera lorsque vous ajouterez
les aliments dans le récipient.
Déposez l’aliment sous vide avec précau-
tion dans le récipient en vous servant de
pinces. L’eau doit pouvoir circuler autour
des sachets sous vide.
Branchez l’appareil. Le témoin lumineux
(2) et le voyant du bouton Marche/Arrêt
(13) s’allument, et l’appareil passe en
mode veille.
