Program 1 kan også bruges til rugbrød
De fleste bagemaskiner er ikke udviklet til at
bage rugbrød, da dette afviger fra den typiske
forprogrammering af en bagemaskine - men
denne bagemaskine kan lave rugbrød. Hvis
du anvender en brødblanding fra f.eks. et
supermarked, kan du bruge op til 500 gram af
brødblandingen (typisk den halve mængde af
pakken). Hvis du selv laver rugbrødsblandin-
gen, kan du anvende op til 500 gram ingredi-
enser og op til 5 dl væske.
Det kan være nødvendigt at justere din opskrift
og mængderne af ingredienser, da forskel-
lige former for blandinger giver meget store
forskelle under hævning og under bageproces-
sen.
