Mehl 300 g 190 g

Zubereitung
Schneiden Sie den Kürbis in etwa 1/2 cm
große Stücke. Dämpfen Sie die Stücke ca.
20 Minuten lang. Gießen Sie nach dem
Abkühlen das Wasser ab und zerstampfen
