Reis, Erbsen, dicke Bohnen oder ähnliche Zutaten füllen Sie zum Garen in die
Reisschale. Im Siebboden der Garbehälter sind dazu passende Aussparungen für die
Füße der Reisschale.
Wenn Sie Fisch oder Würste im Dampfgarer zubereiten, dann sollten Sie diese Zutaten
immer in den untersten Garbehälter legen, damit der austretende Saft die anderen
Zutaten nicht zu stark beeinträchtigt.
Den Saft in der Tropfschale können Sie in vielen Fällen für Suppen und Soßen ver-

Lauch Stangen in passende Stücke schneiden 20 bis 25
Maiskolben, im Ganzen 50 bis 60
Artischocke (mittelgroß)
Rosenkohl einzelne Röschen 30 bis 40
Zucchini 1 bis 2 cm dicke Scheiben, 10 bis 15
