Kettensymbol

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Der Hochentaster dient ausschließlich zum Schneiden von Ästen an

schwer zu erreichenden Stellen.

Schwert und Sägekette montieren

Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten mit der Sägekette (11) immer Schutzhand-

schuhe. Die Kette ist scharf! Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an der

Sägekette den Netzstecker. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr!

1. Legen Sie das Gerät auf eine

gerade Fläche.

2. Entfernen Sie erst die Kettenrad-

abdeckung (7), indem Sie den

inneren Ring des Kettenspanners

(8) durch Drehen gegen den

Uhrzeigersinn herausschrauben.

3. Legen Sie die Sägekette (11) um

das Kettenrad und in die Füh-

rungsnut des Schwertes (siehe

Bild unten).

Achten Sie auf die richtige Laufrichtung der Kette; beachten Sie

hierzu das Kettensymbol. Die Kettenglieder müssen in ihrer Aus-

richtung mit der Abbildung übereinstimmen.

4. Setzen Sie die Kettenradabdeckung (7) wieder auf das Gehäuse

und drehen Sie den inneren Ring (8) des Kettenspanners im

Uhrzeigersinn, um das Schwert leicht zu fixieren.

5. Drehen Sie nun den äußeren Ring (9) des Kettenspanners, bis sich

die Kette spannt.
