Uw real-time stamina weergeven
Uw watch kan uw geschatte real-time stamina weergeven op basis van uw hartslaggegevens en geschatte VO2
max. (Over VO2 max. indicaties, pagina30).
1Houd ingedrukt.
2Selecteer Activiteiten en apps.
3Selecteer een hardloop- of fietsactiviteit.
4Selecteer de activiteitinstellingen.
5Selecteer Gegevensschermen > Voeg nieuw toe > Stamina.
6Druk op UP of DOWN om de locatie van het gegevensscherm te wijzigen (optioneel).
7Druk op START om het gegevensveld voor primaire stamina te bewerken (optioneel).
8Begin uw activiteit (Een activiteit starten, pagina3).
9Druk op UP of DOWN om naar het gegevensscherm te bladeren.
Het gegevensveld Primaire stamina. Geeft uw huidige percentage stamina, resterende afstand of
resterende tijd weer.
Potentiële stamina.
Huidige stamina
Rood: Stamina neemt af.
Oranje: Stamina is stabiel.
Groen: Stamina neemt toe.
Uw vermogenscurve weergeven
Voordat u uw vermogenscurve kunt bekijken, moet u in de afgelopen 90 dagen een rit van minstens een uur
hebben vastgelegd met een vermogensmeter (De draadloze sensoren koppelen, pagina79).
U kunt workouts maken in uw Garmin Connect account. In de vermogenscurve wordt uw constante
vermogensafgifte in de loop van de tijd weergegeven. U kunt uw vermogenscurve voor de vorige maand, drie
maanden of twaalf maanden bekijken.
Selecteer in het Garmin Connect appmenu Prestatiestatistieken > Vermogenscurve.
