Trainingsmodus
4. Tippen Sie zum Speichern der
Änderungen auf den Uhrenring,
oder warten Sie, bis die Seite
ausgeblendet wird.
Trainings
Berühren Sie den Bereich menu länger,
und wählen Sie Training > Trainings,
um das gewünschte Training auszuwählen.
Einfache Trainingsarten, Intervall- und
Herzfrequenz-Trainings werden jedes
Mal ersetzt, wenn Sie ein Training
desselben Typs erstellen. Umfangreichere
Trainingsprogramme müssen in Garmin
Connect oder Garmin Training Center
erstellt werden.
HINWEIS: Tippen Sie beim Absolvieren
eines Trainings auf den Uhrenring, um
weitere Daten anzuzeigen.
Wenn Sie alle Schritte in Ihrem Training
ausgeführt haben, wird die Nachricht
Training abgeschlossen angezeigt.
So beenden Sie ein Training vorzeitig:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste stop.
2. Halten Sie die Taste
reset gedrückt.
Ausdauertrainings
Die folgenden speziellen Zielvorgaben
können für einfache Trainings herangezogen
werden:
Zeit
Distanz
Kalorien
So richten Sie ein Ausdauertraining
ein:
1. Berühren Sie den Bereich menu länger,
und wählen Sie Training > Trainings >
Ausdauer.
2. Wählen Sie den
Typ des
Ausdauertrainings aus.
3. Geben Sie unter
Dauer einen Wert für
die Dauer ein.
