Historique : hebdomadaire
Hebdomadaire ‘By Week’
Comme l’historique journalier, la sélection de cette option vous permet de voir la liste
de vos entraînements classés par semaines. La moitié supérieure de l’écran liste les semaines
présentant des entraînements. La moitié inférieure de l’écran affiche pour la semaine en
surbrillance, le temps total, la distance totale, la vitesse moyenne et le total des calories
brûlées dans cette semaine. Quand vous sélectionnez la semaine que vous voulez examiner, le
Forerunner 201 divise la semaine en jours composant cette semaine.
Pour sélectionner la semaine que vous voulez examiner :
1. HISTORIQUE ‘HISTORY’ étant en surbrillance dans le mode Menu, pressez ENTER.
2. Mettez en surbrillance HEBDOMADAIRE ‘BY WEEK’ et pressez ENTER.
3. Pressez le bouton BAS ou HAUT pour mettre en surbrillance la semaine que vous désirez
examiner.
4. Quand la semaine est en surbrillance, pressez ENTER pour afficher les jours de cette
semaine.
5. Pressez le bouton BAS ou HAUT pour mettre en surbrillance le jour que vous désirez
examiner.
6. Quand ce jour est en surbrillance, pressez ENTER pour examiner les circuits.
7. Mettez en surbrillance le circuit que vous voulez examiner et pressez ENTER pour voir le
menu d’options.
8. Mettez en surbrillance VOIR SUR LA CARTE ‘VIEW ON MAP’ pour examiner le circuit, mettez
en surbrillance SUPPRIMER LE CIRCUIT ‘DELETE LAP’ pour retirer le circuit de ce jour ou
mettez en surbrillance SUPPRIMER LA COURSE COMPLÈTE ‘DELETE ENTIRE RUN’ pour
retirer la course de votre historique. Quand l’option choisie est en surbrillance, pressez
ENTER.
