Preparação da espuma de leite
Encher até meio uma chávena ou um pequeno jarro
com leite frio.
Colocar o recipiente por baixo do acessório de vapor,
de modo a que o bico mergulhe apenas na superfície
do leite. Rodar lentamente o botão no sentido inverso
ao dos ponteiros do relógio, fazendo movimentos
circulares com o recipiente. Durante esta operação,
o bico deve permanecer sempre um pouco abaixo da
superfície do leite. (Fig. 16)
Quando se tiver produzido uma quantidade suciente
de espuma, fechar o botão, rodando-o no sentido dos
ponteiros do relógio.
Atenção:
Após a utilização, o acessório de vapor está quente.
Não tocar com as mãos desprotegidas, utilizar um
pano.
Nota:
Não esperar demasiado tempo para limpar o bico de
vapor, pois eventuais incrustações tornar-se-ão cada
vez mais difíceis de remover.
Depois de preparar a espuma de leite é aconselhável
colocar um pequeno recipiente com água por baixo do
bico. Abrir a saída de vapor durante alguns segundos
com o bico imerso na água para libertar eventuais
resíduos.
Certicar-se que o orifício existente no lado do bico não
ca obstruído (Fig. 17).
