Tabla de ajuste
Los valores de la tabla de ajuste se calculan con el
aparato precalentado. Sirven solo de orientación, ya
que según el tipo y estado de cada alimento será
necesario más o menos calor.

Escalope, rebozado (1,5 cm) 190 - 200 °C 16 - 20 min. Utilice aceite suficiente para que el
rebozado no se seque ni queme.
Tajadillas de ternera o cerdo
(800 - 900 g)
230 - 240 °C 6 - 8 min. Distribuya ampliamente los peda-
zos de carne, no deben tocarse.
Tajadillas de carne de ave (800 - 900 g) 180 - 190 °C 10 - 12 min.
Carne picada (600 g) 230 - 240 °C 7 - 8 min.
Lomo de cordero, medio (1,5 - 2,5 cm) soasar a 200 °C
rehogar a 160 °C
soasar 2 min. por cada
lado
rehogar 4 - 6 min.
Filete de pavo (1,5 cm) 200 - 210 °C 8 - 15 min.
Hígado de ave (1 cm) 200 - 210 °C 3 - 5 min.
