It is advisable to clean the appliance
atĂleast once a month.
Procedure
q Remove food and place in a cool
location. Wrap frozen food in several
layers of newspaper or in a blanket.
q Take all shelves out of the appliance.
Do NOT take cold glass shelves
directly out of the freezer compartĆ
ment and place in hot water.
q Cleaning water must NOT drip onto
the control panel or lights. Clean the
whole appliance, except the door
seal, with tepid water and a mild,
lightly disinfectant cleaning agent
(e.g. liquid soap). Abrasive and acidic
cleaning agents and chemical
solvents and polishes are NOT
suitable.
q Wipe the door seal with tepid water
only and then dry thoroughly.

To give the dust filter (28) a thorough
cleaning:

Raise the dust filter (28) with the
handle until the dust filter disengages
and pull out forwards.

Clean the dust filter (28), slots (29)
and side grilles (30) with a vacuum
cleaner.

Press the dust filter (28) upwards in
direction A and then tilt in direction B
until it locks into position.
