6.3 Reinigung des Fettfilters

6.4 Ausbau der katalytischen

Reinigungsbleche (Zubehör)

Wir empfehlen Ihnen jeweils nach 2 Bratvorgängen

bzw. bei entsprechenden Verschmutzungen nach

dem Backen den Fettfilter zu reinigen.

Schieben Sie den Fettfilter nach oben und

entnehmen Sie ihn. Reinigen Sie den Fettfilter in

heißer Spüllauge oder in der Geschirrspül-

maschine. Wenn Sie den Fettfilter in der Geschirr-

spülmaschine reinigen, dann stellen Sie ihn bitte

senkrecht in den Geschirrkorb, damit keine Speise-

reste darauf zurückbleiben. Hängen Sie den Fett-

filter nach dem Reinigen wieder an der Rückwand

ein.

Waschen Sie den Backofen bei geringer

Verschmutzung in warmem Zustand mit heißer

Spüllauge aus und lassen ihn zum Trocknen

geöffnet.

Katalytisches Reinigungsblech entnehmen:

– Entfernen Sie vorne und hinten die Rändel-

muttern an den beiden Seitenwänden (Abb. 35).

– Entnehmen Sie die katalytischen Seitenbleche mit

den Auflagerosten (Abb. 36). Bei starker

Verschmutzung können Sie die katalytischen

Innenbleche in sehr heißem Wasser mit Kernseife

und einer weichen Bürste reinigen.

– Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden oder scharfen

Putzmittel.
