Grill
Bij grillen wordt het gerecht alleen van boven verhit
bij een temperatuur van 150-300 °C. U kunt kiezen
uit de volgende grilwijzen:
Temperatuurgeregeld grillen
Het verwarmingselement geeft bij temperatuur-
geregeld grillen afhankelijk van de instelling van
de temperatuurschakelaar meer of minder
infrarode straling af (afb. 15).
Deze grilwijze is met name geschikt voor platte
stukken vlees en om te gratinieren.
Gerecht regelmatig keren !
Grillen met hete lucht
Door de ventilator wordt de hete lucht rond
geblazen. Dit resulteert in een gelijkmatige
rondomverhitting, ook bij een vol grillrooster.
Regelmatig keren is dus niet nodig (afb. 16).
