3.2 Bediening met kookzonevergroting

Kookzone 3 (rechts achter) is voorzien van

kookzonevergroting. Hiermee kunt u van de ronde

kookzone een ovale kookzone maken die ideaal is

voor ovale braadpannen.

Kookzone 4 (rechts voor) is ook voorzien van

kookzonevergroting. Hiermee kunt u van de kleine

ronde kookzone een grote ronde kookzone maken.

Inschakelen kookzonevergroting

Draai de desbetreffende schakelaar naar rechts

over stand 9 (EE 214, SP 212) of 12 (SP 384) heen

op het symbool of (kookzonevergroting) en

daarna op de door u gewenste vermogensstand.

Uitschakelen

Draai de desbetreffende schakelaar naar links op

“0”. De kookzonevergroting en de kookzone zijn nu

uitgeschakeld.

Let op! De schakelaars voor kookzones met

kookzonevergroting kunnen niet direct vanuit de

stand “kookzonevergroting” op “0” worden gezet.

Vermogenstabel (EE 214, SP 212)

1 Warm houden

2 Smelten, weken

3 Ontdooien, opwarmen

4 Gaar koken, doorkoken

5 Stoven, stomen

6 Smoren

7 Bakken, licht braden

8 Braden

9 Frituren, opkoken

Gebruik de hoogste vermogensstand alleen voor

opkoken en aanbraden.

Deze tabel dient alleen als richtlijn. Afhankelijk

van de aard en de toestand van het gerecht,

alsmede de grootte en de vulgraad van de pan

kan meer of minder energie nodig zijn.
