In de tabel kunt u lezen welke braadstand voor welk
gerecht geschikt is. De bereidingstijd kan van de
aard, het gewicht, de dikte en de kwaliteit van de
voedingsmiddelen afhangen.
De aangegeven braadstanden zijn afgestemd op de
speciale Gaggenau pan. Bij andere pannen kunnen
de braadstanden afwijken.
U kunt vier braadstanden instellen:
