Gisten (laten rijzen)
De combi-stoomoven biedt het ideale klimaat voor
het laten rijzen van deeg of ongebakken producten,
zonder dat ze uitdrogen.
Gebruik hiervoor de functie "Rijzen" V.
Bij deze functie is voorverwarmen niet nodig.
De schaal niet afdekken met een vochtige doek. Het
rijzen duurt maar half zo lang als gewoonlijk.
De opgegeven bereidingstijd dient slechts ter
informatie. Laat het deeg rijzen tot het volume
verdubbeld is.
