bovenkant droogt niet uit.
Ontdooien Gelijkmatig en voorzichtig ontdooien van
Temperatuur 40 – 60 °C groenten, vlees, vis en fruit. De voedingsmiddelen
drogen niet uit en vervormen niet.
Regenereren Bereide gerechten worden voorzichtig opnieuw
Temperatuur 60 – 100 °C opgewarmd. Door het vocht drogen de
voedingsmiddelen niet uit.
Stomen op lage temperatuur Vis, vlees of gevogelte behoedzaam bereiden.
Temperatuur 70 – 90 °C
Reinigingsfunctie, Met de functie Reinigen kunt u verontreinigingen
Ontkalken met stoom losweken.
