Soufflés, gratins
Le tableau s'entend pour un enfournement dans le four
froid.
Mettez le gratin dans un récipient approprié aux
microondes puis déposezle sur le fond du
compartiment de cuisson.
Pour des soufflés et gratins, utilisez un grand récipient
plat. Dans des récipients étroits et hauts, les mets
nécessitent plus de temps pour la cuisson et brunissent
davantage à la surface.
Laisser cuire les soufflés et gratins encore 5 minutes, le
four éteint.

sur l'emballage.

enfournement dans un four froid.
Le rôti a un bel aspect, mais la sauce est trop claire et
insipide.
La prochaine fois, choisissez un plat à rôti plus grand et ajoutez moins de
liquide.
Le rôti n'est pas entièrement cuit. Tranchez le rôti. Préparez la sauce dans le plat de cuisson puis disposez
les tranches de rôti dans la sauce. Terminez la cuisson uniquement avec
le microondes.
