12.3 PROBLEME WÄHREND DES ANRUFS:

• Pieptöne während eines Interkom-Anrufs:

− Sie werden während eines Interkom-Anrufs von außen angerufen;

beenden Sie diesen Anruf, warten Sie, bis das Telefon normal klin-

gelt und nehmen Sie den Anruf entgegen.

• Pieptöne während eines Telefongesprächs:

− Der Akkupack ist fast leer; beenden Sie das Gespräch und legen

Sie das Mobilteil wieder auf die Basis oder die Ladestation, um die

Akkus aufzuladen.

• Lärm und andere Störungen:

− Sie gelangen außer Reichweite der Basisstation; verringern Sie

den Abstand.

− Es sind andere Elektrogeräte in der Nähe, die die Radiowellen Ih-

res Telefons stören; probieren Sie einen anderen Standort aus.

12.4 PROBLEME MIT DER RUFNUMMERNERKENNUNG:

• Sie erhalten auf dem Display keine Informationen zu Namen oder Ruf-

nummernerkennung.

− Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Anbieter diese Signale überträgt (bei man-

chen Anbietern müssen Sie sich für diesen Service anmelden).

• Sie empfangen die Nummern auf dem Display des Telefons, aber kei-

nen Namen.

− Der Anbieter leitet keine Namen weiter; kontaktieren Sie hierfür Ih-

ren Anbieter.

− Der Name ist nicht im Telefonbuchspeicher programmiert; program-

mieren Sie den Namen (siehe Abschnitt 7.3).
