• Ziehen Sie die Mutter wieder gut an.
Eine neue Kette muss öfter wieder gespannt werden als eine ältere. Überprüfen Sie die
Kettenspannung regelmäßig (siehe Abschnitt „Betriebsanleitung / Während des
Betriebs“)
Überprüfung der Kettenspannung
• Überprüfen Sie die Kettenspannung.
• Schalten Sie den Motor ab.
• Tragen Sie Arbeitshandschuhe zum Schutz Ihrer
Hände.
• Die Kette muss eng an der Schienenunterseite liegen und gleichzeitig muss sie
mit der Hand entlang der Schiene zu bewegen sein.
• Spannen Sie die Kette bei Bedarf nach.
Schmierung der Sägekette
Bitte benutzen Sie für eine automatische und zuverlässige Schmierung der Kette und
Führungsschiene nur hochwertiges und umweltverträgliches Schmieröl mit einem
Haftzusatz.
Der Wartungsbedarf hängt von der Schmierölqualität ab. Es ist daher wichtig, nur
ausgewiesenes Kettenschmieröl zu benutzen.
Füllen Sie alle 25 Betriebsstunden 20 Gramm Fett/Schmiermittel nach.
Wenn kein Kettenschmieröl verfügbar ist, können Sie im Notfall ein HD-Einbereichs- oder
Mehrbereichsmotoröl mit einer der Außentemperatur angemessenen Viskosität nehmen.
Benutzen Sie kein Altöl!
Medizinische Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass der Kontakt mit Altöl zu Hautkrebs
führen kann. Darüber hinaus ist Altöl umweltschädlich!
Altöl besitzt nicht mehr die notwendigen Schmiereigenschaften und ist für das
Schmieren der Kette ungeeignet.
