15. Kundendienst
Lassen Sie ihre Kettensäge nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal und nur mit
Original-Ersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit
des Gerätes erhalten bleibt.
Sollten Ihnen keine Adressen von autorisierten Servicestellen zur Verfügung
stehen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die Vertriebsstelle, bei der Sie das Gerät
erworben haben.
16. Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistungszeit beträgt 24 Monate ab Kaufdatum. Bewahren Sie
Ihren Kaufbeleg gut auf. Ausgenommen von der Gewährleistung sind
Verschleißteile und Schäden die auf nicht bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung,
Gewaltanwendungen, technische Änderungen, Verwendung von falschen
Zubehörteilen bzw. Nichtoriginalersatzteilen und Reparaturversuchen durch
nicht qualifiziertes Personal. Gewährleistungsreparaturen dürfen nur vom
autorisierten Fachhandel ausgeführt werden.
17. Entsorgungshinweis
Bitte kontaktieren Sie Ihre lokale Kommune für die Entsorgung des Gerätes.
Dazu bitte im Vorfeld sämtliche Betriebsstoffe wie Benzin und Öl entsorgen.
Achten Sie bitte darauf, dass bei der Entsorgung die Schneidkette
entsprechend geschützt ist.
