Colour Systems
BD and DVD are recorded in different colour
systems throughout the world. The most
common colour system, used primarily in the
U.K. and other EU countries, is PAL. This unit
uses the PAL system. However, it is also
possible to play back BD and DVD using
other colour systems, such as NTSC.
