Is deze functie geactiveerd en wordt de camera gedurende
circa 30 seconden niet gebruikt, dan wordt de LCD-monitor
tijdelijk uitgeschakeld om het energieverbruik te beperken
(sluimer-modus). Wordt de camera daarna nog eens 2 of 5
minuten niet gebruikt, dan schakelt hij zichzelf helemaal uit.
Deze functie gebruikt u wanneer u het maximaal mogelijke
uit de batterij wilt halen.
!! Tijdens automatische weergave of wanneer de USB-aansluiting
wordt gebruikt, is de Automatische camera-uitschakeling gedeacti-
veerd.
De Sluimermodus werkt niet tijdens Weergave, maar de
camera wordt automatisch uitgeschakeld als die gedurende
enige tijd (2 of 5 minuten) niet wordt gebruikt.
Met de camera in de sluimermodus is half indrukken van de
ontspanknop voldoende om hem weer volledig operationeel
te maken. Dat is daarom een handige functie omdat u er
sneller mee kunt fotograferen dan wanneer u de camera
steeds moet uit- en inschakelen.
!! U kunt de werking van de camera ook weer herstellen door op een
van de andere knoppen te drukken.
