Dear, i bought about a month ago the ACB 12K01 by Cool blue : 2788

Dear,
i bought about a month ago the ACB 12K01 by Cool blue and i used it a few times all went ok but today it became all frozen on the side from the appliance where the air goes in? i switched it off now took out the plug and let it defrosting how do i take care of it now and whats the reason its happening?
