Smoothies
1 pompelmoes / 2 sinaasappels / 1 ananas / 100 ml kokosmelk
Schil alle fruit en snij in stukken. Voeg toe aan de sapcentrifuge samen met de kokosmelk. (2 p)
Cocktails
2 perziken / 1 sinaasappel / 1 kl grenadine / ½ citroen / 100 ml champagne / IJsblokjes
Schil en snij het fruit en pers het in de sapcentrifuge. Schenk over in een glas, voeg grenadine, champagne
en ijsblokjes toe. (2 p)
Ideaal als lunch
¼ watermeloen / 2 limoenen / Heldere honing / IJsgekoeld water om aan te lengen
Fruit schillen, in stukken snijden en persen in de sapcentrifuge. Aanlengen met ijsgekoeld water en honing.
Ideaal als avondmaal
3 grote, gehalveerde tomaten / ½ krop sla /Stuk komkommer van 5 cm / Handvol peterselie / ½ citroen
Alles in stukken snijden en achtereenvolgens persen in de sapcentrifuge.
Slaapmutsje
2 wortels / 2 stengels bleekselder / handvol waterkers
Wortels schoonwrijven en uiteinden verwijderen. Bleekselder grondig reinigen en uiteinden verwijderen.
Waterkers wassen. De ingrediënten samen persen in de sapcentrifuge en in een glas overgieten.

¼ pastèque / 2 limons / du miel clair / de l’eau fraîche pour allonger.
Coupez en morceaux les fruits et centrifugez-les. Allonger avec l’eau fraîche et le miel.
Idéale comme dîner
3 grandes tomates / ½ laitue / un morceau de concombre de 5 cm / une poignée de persil/ ½ citron
Coupez les légumes en morceaux et centrifugez-les.
Avant de se coucher
2 carottes / 2 céleri en branche / une poignée de cresson
Frotter les carottes et enlever les bouts. Laver à fond le céleri en branche et le cresson. Presser tous les
ingrédients et les verser dans un verre.
