Stop chopping if you notice that all ingredients are stuck to the wall of the bowl. First loosen them with a spatula

1. Put the bowl on the motor block and fix it by means of the safety lock.(Fig. A)
2. Fix the double-sided disk on the disk-holder and place it on the gearbox in the bowl.
3. Add the ingredients
4. Put the lid with filling shaft on the bowl and fix it by means of the safety lock (Fig. B).
ATTENTION: the appliance won’t work if it hasn’t been correctly assembled.
5. Plug in the Appliance and turn the switch to the ON position. Use the "Pulse Function" for short pulses. This
function runs as long as you keep the button pushed.
6. When ready, turn the switch to the OFF position. Wait to remove the lid until the motor has fully stopped turning.
7. To remove the lid, double-sided disk and bowl, repeat the above mentioned steps in reverse (1-4).
TIPS:
Always use a high recipient under the outlet of the lid with filling shaft to collect the ingredients.
First switch on the appliance, then only add the ingredients.
Use the pusher to push downwards the ingredients. Attention: do not use too much force to push down the
ingredients as the motor could block.
Do not use the appliance for more than 2 min. continuously. Let the motor cool off for 5 minutes before continuing,
in order to avoid overheating.
Keep in mind the following guidelines:
Slices: Cabbage: remove the hard centre and cut into smaller pieces that fit into the filling shaft.
Carrots: first peel them
Onion: peel and cut in 2 or 4 pieces
Potatoes: peel and cut into smaller pieces that fit into the filling shaft.
Cucumbers: cut in half
Grating: Carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, radishes, …: peel and cut into smaller pieces that fit into the filling
shaft.
V. CLEANING
1. Turn the appliance off, pull the plug and wait until the motor has stopped completely.
2. Remove the accessories. Be careful with the sharp knives. Do NOT touch them with your hands.
3. NEVER plunge the motor block into water or any other liquid. Only clean this part with a moist cloth and dry
carefully. ALWAYS make sure no water runs in the appliance.
4. You can clean the accessories and the removable parts in soapy water. Then rinse carefully with cold water. These
accessories are also dishwasher proof (top drawer of dishwasher).
CAUTION: NEVER use abrasive sponges, aggressive or biting cleansing materials, liquids such as alcohol, petrol,
acetone... to clean the appliance.
TIP: Strong coloured ingredients such as red cabbage, carrots, can cause discolouration of the plastic parts. In order
to avoid this as much as possible, clean the appliance immediately after use.
TIP: Clean the appliance immediately after use, as there will be no dried-up and sticky bits of food.

Do not use the appliance in case of a malfunction of when the power cord is damaged. Please address your sales
point immediately.
