PER CUOCERE A GRIGLIA CHIUSA
– Sbloccare le articolazioni. Deve essere
visibile il simbolo // (fig. 1-4 pag. 9).
– Posare la griglia su una superficie orizzontale
e collegarla alla presa di alimentazione.
– Selezionare la temperatura desiderata
attraverso la manopola di regolazione
(fig. 3-1 pag. 9).
Consultare a questo proposito le indicazioni
seguenti :

– La griglia è alla corretta temperatura non
appena la spia luminosa si spegne. Aprirla e
disporre la carne sulla piastra inferiore.
– Chiudere la griglia; Per ottenere un effetto
appetitoso, aprire la griglia a metà cottura e
muovere la carne di un quarto di giro.
Richiudere la griglia e continuare a cuocere.
PER CUOCERE A GRIGLIA APERTA
– Lasciar preriscaldare la griglia durante una
decina di minuti in posizione chiusa.
– La griglia è alla corretta temperatura non
appena la spia luminosa si spegne. Aprirla e
posare la carne. Girarla regolarmente.
PARA ASAR CON LA PARRILLA
CERRADA
Descorra las charnelas. El símbolo // debe
hacerse visible (fig. 1-4 p.9).
Coloque la parrilla cerrada sobre una
superficie horizontal y enchúfela.
Seleccione la temperatura deseada mediante
la rueda de regulación (fig. 3-1 p.9).
Consulte para ello las siguientes indicaciones

La parrilla habrá alcanzado la temperatura
adecuada en cuanto se apague el testigo
luminoso. Abra la parrilla y coloque la
carne en la parte inferior.
Cierre la parrilla. Para conseguir ese efecto
cuadriculado tan apetecible, abra la parrilla
a media cocción y gire la carne un cuarto
de vuelta. Vuelva a cerrar la parrilla y
prosiga la cocción.
PARA ASAR CON LA PARRILLA ABIERTA
Deje que la parrilla se caliente durante unos
diez minutos en posición cerrada.
La parrilla habrá alcanzado la temperatura
adecuada en cuanto se apague el testigo
luminoso. Abra la parrilla y coloque la

Öffnen Sie den Grill.
Schließen Sie den Grill. Um ein
geschmackvolles Muster zu erhalten, öffnen
Sie den Grill bei halber Grillzeit und drehen
Sie das Fleisch eine Viertelumdrehung um.
Schließen Sie den Grill wieder bis zum
Ende der Grillzeit.
FÜR DAS GRILLEN MIT OFFENEM GRILL
Heizen Sie den geschlossenen Grill gut 10
Minuten vor.
Die richtige Temperatur ist erreicht, wenn
die Kontrollampe ausgeht. Öffnen Sie den
Grill und legen Sie das Fleisch darauf.
Regelmäßig umdrehen.
