MULTEX - GAUFREX
Cialde alle mandorle (stampo 6 x 10)
Ingredienti:
500 gr di farina fermentante - 400 gr di zucchero
fine - 300 gr di burro - 50 gr di mandorle tritate -
4 uova (piccole) - 10 cl d'acqua - 1 pizzico di
sale
Preparazione:
Versare la farina in un piatto - Aggiungere il sale,
lo zucchero e le mandorle tritate - Mescolare e
praticare una cavità al centro - Versarvi le uova
sbattute ed incorporare poco a poco la farina -
Aggiungere il burro fuso e l'acqua - Cuocere
immediatamente.
Gallette deliziose alla birra (stampo 6 x 10)
Ingredienti:
250 gr di farina - 175 gr di zucchero fine - 3 uova
- 15 gr di lievito fresco - 25 cl di birra - 1 pizzico
di sale
Preparazione:
Mettere tutti gli ingredienti assieme in un
recipiente - Scuotere vigorosamente nel frullino
fino all'ottenimento di una pasta ben liscia -
Lasciar riposare per 1/2 ora ed aggiungere 125 gr
di burro fuso appena prima di cuocere - Posare su
ciascuno stampo un cucchiaio da zuppa di pasta
per ottenere gallette deliziose.
Gallette Parigine (stampo 16 x 28)
Ingredienti :
250 gr di farina - 175 gr di zucchero fine - 175 gr
di burro - 2 uova - 1 cucchiaio da caffè di
zucchero vanigliato - 1 pizzico di sale
Preparazione :
Far fondere il burro a fuoco lento - Aggiungere lo
zucchero e le uova sbattute - Mescolare bene e
aggiungere la farina "a pioggia" - Lasciar riposare
per qualche ora o, meglio, sino all'indomani -
Posare due cucchiai da caffè di pasta su ogni
stampo per realizzare 4 gallette.
Gofres almendrados (molde 6 x 10)
Proporciones:
500 gr. de harina fermentante - 400 gr. de azúcar
fino - 300 gr. de mantequilla - 50 gr. de
almendras molidas - 4 huevos (pequeños) - 10 cl
de agua - 1 pizca de sal.
Preparación:
Vierta la harina en un plato - Añada la sal, el
azúcar y las almendras molidas - Mezcle y haga
un hueco en el centro - Vierta los huevos batidos
e incorpore poco a poco la harina - Añada la
mantequilla fundida y el agua - Cueza
inmediatamente.
Deliciosos gofres a la cerveza
(molde 6 x 10)
Proporciones:
250 gr. de harina - 175 gr. de azúcar fino - 3
huevos - 15 gr. de levadura - 25 cl de cerveza - 1
pizca de sal.
Preparación:
Una todos los ingredientes en un recipiente -
mézclelos vigorosamente con el batidor hasta
conseguir una masa bien lisa - Deje que repose
una 1/2 h y añada 125 gr. de mantequilla fundida
antes de cocer - Coloque sobre cada molde una
c. sopera de masa para conseguir unas gruesas y
deliciosas galletas.
Galletas parisinas (molde 16 x 28)
Proporciones:
250 gr. de harina - 175 gr. de azúcar fino - 175
gr. de mantequilla - 2 huevos - 1 c. de café de
avainillado -1 pizca de sal.
Preparación :
Funda la mantequilla a fuego lento - Añada el
azúcar, los huevos batidos - Mezcle bien y añada
la harina repartiéndola poco a poco - Deje
reposar algunas horas o mejor hasta el día
siguiente - Coloque dos c. de café de masa por
molde para hacer cuatro galletas a la vez.
Mandelwaffeln (Form 6 X 10)
Zutaten :
500 g selbsttreibendes Mehl – 400 g feinen
Zucker - 300 g Butter - 50 g zerriebene
Mandeln - 4 (kleine) Eier - 10 cl Wasser - 1
Prise Salz
Zubereitung :
Geben Sie das Mehl in eine Schüssel - Fügen Sie
das Salz, den Zucker und die zerriebenen
Mandeln hinzu - Alles gut mischen und eine
Mulde in der Mitte formen - Geben Sie die
geschlagenen Eier und mischen Sie sie nach und
nach unter das Mehl - Fügen Sie die
geschmolzene Butter und das Wasser hinzu -
Sofort backen.
Leckere Waffeln mit Bier (Form 6 X 10)
Zutaten :
250 g Mehl - 175 Zucker - 3 Eier - 15 g Hefe -
25 cl Bier - 1 Prise Salz.
Zubereitung :
Geben Sie alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel - Mit dem
Mixer heftig rühren, bis Sie einen weichen Teig
erhalten - Lassen Sie ihn 1/2 Stunde ruhen und
geben Sie 125 g geschmolzene Butter kurz vor
dem Backen hinzu - Auf jede Form geben Sie
einen Eßlöffel Teig, um schöne große Eisenkuchen
zu erhalten.
Pariser Eisenkuchen (Form 16 X 28)
Zutaten :
250 g Mehl - 175 g feinen Zucker - 175 g Butter
- 2 Eier - 1 Teelöffel Vanillezucker - 1 Prise Salz
Zubereitung :
Die Butter auf kleiner Flamme langsam
schmelzen lassen, bis sie ganz cremig ist - Geben
Sie den Zucker und die geschlagenen Eier hinzu -
Mischen Sie alles gut und rühren Sie das Mehl
nach und nach unter - Lassen Sie einige Stunden
oder besser über Nacht ruhen - Geben Sie zwei
Teelöffel Teig in die Form, um jeweils 4
Eisenkuchen gleichzeitig zu backen.
