Every time you cook, always make sure that the correct
amount of liquid is added – you must never “cook dry“.
Please ensure that the cooker is never ¿lled more than
2/3 full.
Please read the corresponding instructions in these

Different cooking times will also depend on the quality and
size of the food to be cooked. For this reason, the times
given below are only approximate.
After a time, you will accumulate enough experience yourself
to know exactly how long you must cook your food.
It is not necessary to defrost deep-frozen foods in advance.
It is suf¿cient to lengthen the cooking times slightly.
Soups and stews with braised meat:
Where cooking times of the different ingredients do not
vary too much (e.g. for meat and vegetables), the meat is
browned and then the vegetables are added with the water.
When cooking times vary widely, interrupt the meat cooking
and add the vegetables and water for the last few minutes.
In this way, the meat and the vegetables will ¿nish cooking
at about the same time.
For soups and stews you should note: that foods which
tend to foam up must be brought to the boil in an uncovered
pressure cooker, and should be skimmed off before you
close the cooker. When cooking is ¿nished, please let the
steam escape slowly, or leave the pressure cooker to cool
down.

INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA PRÉPARATION DES ALIMENTS
Chaque fois quand vous cuisinez, assurez-vous toujours
d’avoir ajouté le volume correct de liquide – vous ne devez
jamais « cuire à sec ». Veuillez vous assurer que l’autocuiseur
n’est jamais rempli au-delà des 2/3 de sa capacité.
Veuillez lire les instructions correspondantes dans ce Mode
d’emploi.
Les différents temps de cuisson dépendront également de
la qualité et de la taille des aliments à cuire. Pour cette
raison, les temps de cuisson conseillés ci-dessous ne sont
qu’approximatifs.
Après un certain temps, vous accumulerez sufsamment
d’expérience pour savoir exactement le temps requis pour
cuire vos aliments.
Il n’est pas nécessaire de décongeler à l’avance des
aliments surgelés. Il suft d’augmenter légèrement le temps
de cuisson.
Soupes et ragoûts avec de la viande à braiser :
Lorsque les temps de cuisson des différents ingrédients ne
varient pas de beaucoup (p. ex. la viande et les légumes),
la viande est dorée, puis les légumes sont ajoutés avec
l’eau. Lorsque les temps de cuisson sont très différents,
interrompre la cuisson de la viande et ajouter les légumes et
l’eau aux dernières minutes. De cette manière, la viande et
les légumes niront de cuire plus ou moins en même temps.
Pour les soupes et les ragoûts, à noter : Que les aliments
qui ont tendance à goner doivent d’abord être bouillis
dans l’autocuiseur sans le couvercle, puis écrémés avant
la fermeture du couvercle. Lorsque la cuisson est terminée,
veuillez laisser la vapeur s’échapper lentement ou laissez
l’autocuiseur refroidir.
