Fill the pot with suf¿cient liquid to generate the necessary
steam (water, sauce or stock).
WARNING: always add adequate liquid. NEVER let the
pressure cooker “cook dry”.
Now add the cooking material.
Liquid and food to be cooked should ¿ll at least 1/3 of the
pot `s capacity.
Maximum 1/2 full for foods that expand or tend to foam.
Maximum 2/3 full for all other foods.
Please observe the ¿ller scale inside the pot.
Please check that there is adequate space between the
food to be cooked and the lid with safety valves.
Note:
So that the base of the pot is not corroded by salt, you
should only add salt to water which is already boiling, and
stir it gently.
Now put the lid on the cooker.
One-hand opening-/closing-system with push button
The steam insert:
Put the wire stand onto the bottom of the pot and place the
steam insert onto the stand. Pour just enough liquid into the
pot so that its level will just be under the insert. Foodstuffs
meant for stewing or steaming may now be put into the
insert and will cook through the Àow of developing vapour.
The foodstuffs will remain tender and juicy by this method
of preparing it. Using the steam insert is signi¿cantly
contributing towards a healthier diet because water-soluble
vitamins and nutrients will be preserved and by doing without
oils and fats, the stewing/steaming method is recommended
within the scope of a calorie-conscious diet.

MODE D’EMPLOI
Remplir la cuve avec sufsamment de liquide an de
produire la vapeur requise (eau, sauce ou bouillon).
AVERTISSEMENT : Toujours ajouter le volume de liquide
adéquat. Ne JAMAIS laisser l’autocuiseur « cuire à sec ».
À présent, ajouter les aliments.
Le liquide et les aliments à cuire devraient remplir au
minimum 1/3 de la capacité de la cuve.
La moitié de la hauteur de la cuve au maximum pour les
aliments qui se dilatent ou qui ont tendance à goner.
Remplir aux deux tiers au maximum pour tous les autres
aliments.
Veuillez respecter les repères de remplissage que se
trouvent à l’intérieur de la cuve.
Veuillez vérier qu’il y ait sufsamment d’espace entre les
aliments à cuire et le couvercle comportant les soupapes
de sécurité.
Remarque :
De manière à ce que le fond de la cuve ne rouille pas avec
le sel, il est conseillé d’ajouter le sel à l’eau qui est déjà en
ébullition et de mélanger doucement cette dernière.
Avant d’utiliser l’autocuiseur, vérier l’absence d’obstruction
dans le tube du régulateur de pression. Vérier qu’aucune
obstruction n’affecte la soupape indicatrice de pression et le
régulateur de pression; si une obstruction est détectée,
utiliser l’aiguille pour éliminer l’obstruction.
À présent, vous pouvez placer le couvercle sur l’autocuiseur.
Aligner le repère « O » du couvercle au repère « O » de la
poignée inférieure. Pour fermer, tourner la poignée dans le
sens horaire de manière à aligner les poignées supérieure
et inférieure. La poignée devrait se verrouiller en place.
