Symptoom/foutmelding Uitleg Wat te doen
Tijdens een test:
De zojuist gescande streepjescode is niet
geaccepteerd. Mogelijke oorzaken zijn:
•Derodescannerstraalheeftnietalle
streepjes van de code gescand.
•Destreepjescodeisbeschadigdofslecht
afgedrukt.
•Destreepjescodeisnietvanhettype
dat voor deze ID of dit lotnummer
gespecificeerd is.
1. Scan de streepjescode opnieuw of voer de
ID of het lotnummer handmatig in.
2. Waarschuw de systeembeheerder. Het
probleem kan aan het afdrukken van
de streepjescode of aan de instellingen
liggen.
De zojuist gescande streepjescode hoort bij
een folieverpakking teststrips waarvan de
vervaldatum verstreken is.
1. Voer de vervallen teststrips af.
2. Herhaal de scan met een nieuwe
folieverpakking teststrips die niet
vervallen is.
Het zojuist gescande of ingevoerde ID- of
lotnummer is langer of korter dan het
formaat dat tijdens het instellen van deze
meter is vastgesteld.
1. Controleer de ID of het lotnummer
en voer de gegevens opnieuw in
met de streepjescodescanner of het
toetsenpaneel.
2. Waarschuw de systeembeheerder als het
probleem blijft bestaan.
Het zojuist gescande of ingevoerde ID- of
lotnummer komt niet voor op de lijst van
aanvaardbare ID's of lotnummers voor
deze meter. (Het menu-item 2 - Doorgaan
verschijnt alleen als deze optie op
Waarschuwen is ingesteld.)
1. Druk op 1 voor Opnieuw invoeren
van de ID of het lotnummer met
de streepjescodescanner of het
toetsenpaneel.
Of
Druk op 2 voor Doorgaan met testen.
2. Waarschuw de systeembeheerder als het
probleem blijft bestaan.
De ingebrachte strip is een glucosestrip
terwijl de meter een ketonenstrip verwachtte
(of andersom).
Druk op 1 en vervang de strip door de
verwachte teststrip.
Of
Druk op 2 voor Afsluiten.
