5 Een test uitvoeren met controle-oplossing

Doel Het doel van de controle-oplossingtest is als volgt:

• Zorgen dat uw ontvanger en teststrips goed werken voordat u kalibraties

of bloedglucosetests uitvoert.

•Controleren of u de juiste testprocedure volgt.

•Oefenenvantestsin de bloedglucosemodus zonder uw eigen bloed te

gebruiken. Een controle-oplossingtest is niet hetzelfde als een kalibratie.

Zie sectie 8 om het systeem te kalibreren.

•Eennieuwesjemetteststripsopentenbeginttegebruiken.

•FreeStyleteststrips.

Handige informatie

Let op:

• GebruikFreeStylecontrole-oplossing NIET voor kalibratie. Voer de controle-oplossingtest NIET

uit als het systeem het bericht "BG-test uitvoeren" toont voor een kalibratie.

• Resultatenvancontrole-oplossingtestsgevenuwbloedglucosespiegelNIET nauwkeurig weer.

Belangrijk: Het controle-oplossingbereik is een doelbereik dat alleen voor de betreende controle-

oplossing geldt. Het is GEEN doelbereik voor uw bloedglucosespiegel.

Belangrijk: Als de resultaten van uw controle-oplossingtests nog steeds buiten het bereik vallen dat

wordt vermeld op het esje met teststrips, werkt de ontvanger mogelijk niet correct. Gebruik het

systeem NIET om uw glucosespiegel te controleren. Neem contact op met de klantenservice.

Zorg voor nauwkeurige controle-oplossingresultaten met behulp van het volgende:

•GebruikUITSLUITEND FreeStyle controle-oplossing en FreeStyle teststrips.

•Doededopdirectnagebruikweerophetesjemetcontrole-oplossing.

•Gebruikuwcontrole-oplossing NIET na de vervaldatum of datum van weggooien

• Voeg GEEN water of andere vloeistof toe aan de controle-oplossing.

• Voeruitsluitendcontrole-oplossingtestsuittussen15en40°C.

Raadpleeg voor belangrijke teststripinformatie, waaronder gedetailleerde informatie over opslag

en gebruik, de bijsluiter van de verpakking van de FreeStyle teststrips.
