HINWEIS
Die Kühleinheit darf nicht
zum Lagern von Milch ver-
wendet werden!
Die Milch entnehmen, wenn
die Maschine nicht benutzt
wird.
VORSICHT
Gesundheitsrisiken durch verdorbene Milch!
Bei unregelmässiger Reinigung können sich Milchreste in der
Maschine festsetzen, die Ausläufe verstopfen oder in die Produkte
gelangen.
Die Kühleinheit und das Milchsystem mindestens einmal täglich
reinigen.
Restmilch kalt stellen oder
entsorgen.
Milchkühler öffnen und
Milchbehälter entfernen.
HINWEIS
Milchschläuche einführen und
Milchkühler schliessen.
Vorgekühlte Milch in den
Milchbehälter füllen.
Milchkühler öffnen.
Die Milchqualität kann negativ beeinflusst werden!
Nur vorgekühlte Milch verwenden.
Den Ansaugschlauch nur mit gereinigten Händen berühren oder
Einweghandschuhe tragen.
Restliche Milch entleeren.
Milch einfüllen.
