such as cannot read the CD, data-CD inserted,
etc. Also, indicates possible mechanism fault on
single CD unit. Ensure disc is loaded correct way
up. Clean and re-try, or replace disc with known
music disc. If error persists contact your Ford
dealer

Message to indicate "No CD(s)" contained within
the mechanism (single CD player empty, 6CD
player or CD-changer completely empty, 6CD
player or CD-changer selected position number

Ambient temperature too hot – unit will not work
until it has cooled down.
HIGH TEMP
CD DRIVE HIGH TEMP
Message to indicate that a CD is already loaded
into a selected slot location in the 6CD audio unit
during load operation. Eject CD from selected
slot before attempting load operation, or select
another slot location.
SLOT FULL
Message to indicate that CDs are already loaded
in all 6 slot locations in the 6CD audio unit during
a load/load all operation. Eject CD(s) from CD
unit before attempting load/load all operation
CDC FULL
Message to indicate the radio is starting the
CDDJ
CDC CHECKING
General error message for a fault conditions with
mechanism of either the 6CD player or the CD-
changer. Ensure disc(s) is loaded correct way
up. Clean and retry disc(s), or replace disc(s)
with known music disc(s). If error persists
contact your Ford dealer.
CDC ERROR
Message to indicate there is no magazine within
the CD-changer. Load music disc(s) into the
magazine and insert into the CD-changer.
